Add a custom column

To add a custom column, perform the following:

  1. At the top right corner of the columns, click the Pick columns icon. The Add/Remove Column pane appears.
  2. Click the Custom column tab.
  3. In the tab, click Add custom column. The Add Custom Calculation window appears.
  4. In the Add Custom Calculation window, perform the following:
    1. To create the formula, in the Formula box, search and choose the required metric, and click the operation icon to add any formula operators.
    2. Enter the name for the column header.
    3. (Optional) To share the custom formula along with the custom header, in the Share box, search and choose the required users, queue members, groups, or teams.
    4. Click Save
