To add a custom column, perform the following:
- At the top right corner of the columns, click the Pick columns icon. The Add/Remove Column pane appears.
- Click the Custom column tab.
- In the tab, click Add custom column. The Add Custom Calculation window appears.
- In the Add Custom Calculation window, perform the following:
- To create the formula, in the Formula box, search and choose the required metric, and click the operation icon to add any formula operators.
- Enter the name for the column header.
- (Optional) To share the custom formula along with the custom header, in the Share box, search and choose the required users, queue members, groups, or teams.
- Click Save.
