Fix campaign sync failures

Note: This article applies to Genesys Cloud for Salesforce and CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce integrations.

When you monitor campaign activity in Campaign Management Setup from global campaign settings, you can see campaign sync failures. You can fix the underlying issues for the sync failures. The global settings for the Campaign Management integration include the Monitor section which displays the sync failures.

  1. On the Setup Home page in Salesforce, click the App Launcher icon.
  2. Search for Campaign Management in the Search apps and items box and open the app.
  3. In the navigation menu, select Global Campaign Settings.
  4. Under Monitor section, click Arrow in the campaign sync failures subsection.

    The Genesys Cloud Error Logs page appears.

  5. Work through each log entry based on the message.
  6. Fix the underlying issues and click Del next to the log entry to delete the log entry. 

When the Campaign Management setup syncs campaign data (campaign, campaign setting, and contact list) from Salesforce to Genesys Cloud, the campaign sync failure subsection disappears.
