You can associate a domain allowlist with an email domain to restrict the list of recipients and prevent sending out emails to unintended recipients.

Before you can associate a domain allowlist with an email domain, you first must configure a domain allowlist. For more information, see Configure domain allow lists.

Click Admin.
Under Contact Center, click Email.
Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Email.
Click the hyperlink of an email address in the Name column. The Email Addresses Dashboard appears.
From the Select domain allow list box, select a domain allow list.
Click Save.
