Administrators and supervisors can define custom formulas using all the available columns in the performance views and present these custom formulas as columns in the performance views. They can then share the custom formulas, along with the column header, with other users and teams for a more customized reporting experience.
Administrators and supervisors can also save the custom columns in the performance views and export them. For more information about export, see Export view data. Analytics users can only view the custom formulas and cannot create, edit, or delete them. Analytics users with the required permissions can share the custom formulas with other users or teams in the division. For more information, see Custom column permissions.
The supported formula operations are:
- Addition
- Subtraction
- Multiplication
- Division
- Static values
- Parenthesis
- The number of formula operations is limited to 10.
- Parenthesis is not counted against the supported operations limit.
- A user is allowed to display up to 20 custom columns in their view.
