Setup guide for CX Cloud, Voice for Salesforce Service Cloud

Before you can create and fully configure a contact center in Salesforce with Genesys as the third-party contact center provider, there are preliminary steps that you must complete. Follow the steps to set up the Salesforce environment for the CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce integration.

Note: CX Cloud uses a combination of Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, and Omni-Channel features of Salesforce. Depending on the security and access control settings configured in your Salesforce environment, additional permissions and user access may need to be set up to benefit from the full capabilities of the product. These configurations are unique to each customer environment and cannot be explicitly or exhaustively listed here.
