Preview a version of a Messenger configuration

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Message, click Messenger Configurations.
  3. Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Message > Messenger Configurations.
  4. From the configurations list, corresponding to a configuration, click and from the menu that appears, click Versions.
  5. The Versions dialog box is displayed. Select a version to preview.
  6. Click Preview. The preview of the version is displayed.
    Note: You cannot change a version. You can however clone the version to a new draft and make modifications. For more information about cloning the version to a draft version, see Clone a version of a Messenger configuration to the draft version.
  7. To return to the configuration of the current draft, click Exit.
