Select the agents to reschedule

Series: Perform an intraday reschedule

Previous suggested step: Add new agents to the schedule

Next suggested step: Select the activity codes to reschedule

Select at least one agent to reschedule.

  1. Under Available Agents, do one of the following:
  2. To reschedule all agents, click Add All.
  3. To reschedule selected agents, click next to each agent you want to reschedule.
    Note: Agents who did not belong to a work plan when the schedule was initially created are not eligible to reschedule. If any agents are unavailable for reschedule, they appear at the bottom of the dialog box.
  4. Click Next.
