Review Scheduled, Required and Performance results, and daily summaries

When you generate a forecast-based schedule, the schedule editor provides the scheduled, required staff, difference counts, and performance results, which help you analyze and plan schedules.

Note: The system generates new requirements using a default model when there are changes made to the Service Goal Template (SGT), which may not be accurate. During the night build, the system then creates a new and improved model, which is more precise and accurate. Hence, it is recommended that you view the requirements the next day. Similarly, it is best not to generate schedules until the next day just to ensure that the latest updated model is in use.

In the chart at the bottom of the schedule editor, select Scheduled, Required, and Performance from the list. To the right of the Scheduled, Required, and Performance drop-down, click to open the Required and Performance display options.

Note: The Scheduled, Required, and Performance view changes, depending on your view. The following example illustrates the information shown in View by Day.

Note: The added to the required is the unplanned shrinkage that is added to the management unit configuration.
