Language support in the client

Note: This article applies to Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework, Genesys Cloud for Chrome, Genesys Cloud for Firefox, Genesys Cloud for Microsoft Teams, Genesys Cloud for Salesforce, and Genesys Cloud for Zendesk.

The following content applies to Genesys Cloud for Chrome and Genesys Cloud for Firefox.

The extension bases the language preference on the logged-in user’s language setting, which is set at the bottom of the login window for the client. If the content is not available in the selected language, the extension falls back to United States English (en-US). 

The extension bases the date and time format on the settings in the computer’s operating system.
