Jump to Menu action
Use the Jump to Menu menu action to give callers the option of transferring immediately to a designated menu. This action can be used in menu choices and task sequences. When you use an action in a menu choice, Architect provides additional settings such as DTMF and speech recognition.
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Name field | Type a distinctive name for the action. The label you enter here becomes the action’s name displayed in the call flow structure. |
| Menu | Select any menu defined for the current call flow to which to transfer the call. |
| Create New Menu | Click this button to add a new menu for the current call flow to which to transfer the call. The new menu appears in the Reusable Menus area, where you can configure the added menu for use in the Jump to Menu action. |
| Go to Menu | This button appears when you click Create New Menu. Click Go to Menu to open and configure the newly created reusable menu. |
