Install the custom IMAP integration

Each IMAP integration is tied to one mailbox. For accessing multiple mailboxes through IMAP, you must set up an integration for each mailbox separately. To install the custom IMAP server integration:

1. Log in to Genesys Cloud org in which you want to add a custom IMAP server.
2. Click Admin.
3. Under Integrations, click Integrations.
4. Click Integrations.
5. In the Search box, type Custom IMAP Server. 
6. Click the IMAP Servercard. 
7. Click Install.
8. Enter a name for the new IMAP server.

The integration is now available to configure and activate from Genesys Cloud’s Admin > Integrations page.
