Click Admin > Workforce Management.
Click Schedules.
Click Menu > Workforce Management > Scheduling > Schedules.
From the Management Unit list, located in the upper right corner, select the appropriate management unit.
Create a new or open an existing schedule. The schedule editor opens.
Click .
The Export dialog box is displayed. From the Schedule and Grid sections, click the required option. The data is downloaded in CSV format to your specified location.
