Export scheduled and forecast data

Use the export feature to export scheduled and forecast data into CSV format. Workforce Management includes the following information:

• Scheduled
• Forecast with shrinkage
• Difference with shrinkage
• Forecast without shrinkage
• Difference without shrinkage

The system exports schedule and forecast data in UTC times. To export the data:

1. Click Admin > Workforce Management.
2. Click Schedules.
3. Click Menu > Workforce Management > Scheduling > Schedules.
4. From the Management Unit list, located in the upper right corner, select the appropriate management unit.
5. Create a new or open an existing schedule. The schedule editor opens.
6. Click the arrow at the end of the Select Action menu and select Export Scheduled and Forecast. The data is downloaded in CSV format to your specified location..
