Export active numbers

On the Numbers tab of the Number Management page, you can export a list of active Genesys Cloud Voice numbers in your organization to a spreadsheet.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Genesys Cloud Voice, click Number Management.
  3. Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Telephony > Number Management.
  4. Click the Numbers tab.
  5. Click Export All Active Numbers.

The spreadsheet shows the active numbers in your organization and displays the following fields:

  • Phone Number
  • Status
  • Emergency Capable 
  • Country
  • Location
  • Effective Start Date
  • Effective End Date
  • Porting
  • Purchased By 
  • Disconnected By
