Edit a policy
Edit previously-created policies. For more information about how to create a policy and the policy options, see Create a policy.
Note: Any edits you make to a policy only apply to interactions that happen after you save your changes; they do not apply retroactively.
- Click Admin.
- Under Quality, click Policies.
- Click Menu > Conversational Intelligence.
- Click Recording and Policies > Policies.
- To open a policy, click a policy name.
- When you finish editing, click Save.
