Edit a group

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Directory, click Groups.
  3. From the Menu, click User Management > Groups.
  4. For a General group, click the General tab. For a Skill Expression group, click the Skill Expression tab.
  5. To open the group, click its name.
  6. Edit general information.
  7. Set a profile picture.
  8. Set privacy rules.
  9. Configure a group phone number.
  10. Add group members.
