Configure the base line appearance settings for the PureCloud softphone

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Telephony, click  Phone Management.
  3. Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Telephony > Phone Management.
  4. From the Base Phone tab, select the Base Line Appearance tab.
  5. In the Key Label box, enter a name.
  6. To save a base setting with the default settings, click Save Base Settings.
  7. To save a base setting with custom settings, select the arrow next to the Configuration topic you want to configure.
  8. Modify the settings. For more information, refer to the sections below.
  9. Select Save Base Settings.
