Configure a fatal question
You can configure a question with only two possible answers to fail the overall evaluation if the respondent selects the incorrect answer. When a respondent selects the incorrect answer, the evaluation does not end immediately. Instead, when an evaluator scores the evaluation, the fail result is assigned.
When you create a evaluation form, you can include a fatal question.
Click a question.
Select and check boxes.
Assign the correct answer a value of one.
Assign the incorrect answer a value of zero.
