Checkbox script component

The checkbox script component permits the user to make a binary choice.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Contact Center, click Scripts.
  3. From the Menu, click Digital and Telephony > Interactions Assets > Scripts.
  4. Click the name of the script you want to edit.
  1. To add a checkbox component, click Checkbox on the component toolbar.

  2. To change the text for the checkbox, click Type text here. and type the text to accompany the checkbox.

  3. Set any other properties of the component.
