Change division for scripts

If you have a set of scripts that you created in one division but later need to move them to another division, you can use the Change Division feature.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Contact Center, click Scripts.
  3. Click Menu > Digital and Telephony> Interaction Assets > Scripts.
  4. In the script list, select one or more scripts, and then click Change Division .
  5. Select a division, and then click Change Division.

A message appears when the scripts successfully move to their new division.
