Add a question from a template

You can add a question from a custom template to any evaluation form.

1. Click + Add Template Question, and from the list that appears click the question you want to add to the form. 
   The question is automatically added to the form.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the question template name. The question from that custom template then appears in the evaluation form.
