You can copy or delete an existing work plan configurations.
- Click Admin.
- Under Workforce Management, clickWork Plan Configurations.
- Click Menu > Workforce Management > Work Plan Configuration > Work Plans.
- In the upper right corner, click the Management Unit list and select the appropriate management unit.
- Next to the work plan you want to duplicate, click More .
- From the menu that appears, click Copy.
- Rename the work plan and configure the work plan’s week, daily shifts, and agent constraints. For more information, see the Create a work plan series.
- Click Admin.
- Under Workforce Management, click Work Plan Configurations.
- Click Menu > Workforce Management > Work Plan Configuration > Work Plans.
