You can assign shifts to a published or unpublished schedule.
- Click Admin.
- Under Workforce Management, clickSchedules.
- Click Menu > Workforce Management > Scheduling > Schedules.
- In the upper right corner, click the Management Unit list and select the desired management unit.
- Search for the schedule you want to edit and select it from the list. The schedule editor opens.
- Select the shift you want to reassign and do one of the following:
- Click the arrow at the end of the Select Action list and select Assign Shift.
- Select Shift + Q.
- In the Assign Shift dialog box, to select the agent you want to receive the schedule do the following:
- Click the arrow at the end of the agent name list.
- Type a few letters of the agent’s name and the select it from the list.
- Click OK to return to the schedule editor.
- Save, publish, or continue editing the schedule.
This option is only available in View by Week mode.

- In the Assign All Shifts dialog box, select the agent you want to receive the schedule by doing the following:
- Click the arrow at the end of the agent name list.
- Type a few letters of the agent’s name and the select it from the list.
- Click OK.
- Save, publish, or continue editing the schedule.
