Manage activity codes

Modify an activity code’s parameters, or delete one or more activity codes, from the Activity Codes tab.

Note: You cannot delete a default activity code.

Click Admin.
Under Workforce Management, click Business Units. The Management Units page opens.
Click Menu > Workforce Management > Workforce Management Configuration > Business Units.
Under Configuration, click Activity Codes.
In the upper right corner, click the Business Unit list and select the appropriate management unit.
Optionally use the search boxes and lists below each column to narrow the list of codes.
Click the link on the activity code name to modify further.
Make the appropriate changes and click Save.

Click Admin.
Under Workforce Management, click Business Units. The Management Units page opens.
Click Menu > Workforce Management > Workforce Management Configuration > Business Units.
Under Configuration, click Activity Codes.
In the upper right corner, click the Business Unit list and select the appropriate management unit.
Optionally use the search boxes and lists below each column to narrow the list of codes.
Do one of the following:
- Click the check box next to the appropriate activity code or codes you want to remove and click Delete all selected. A message appears, asking you to confirm the activity removal.
- Click More and from the menu that appears click Delete. A message appears, asking you to confirm the activity removal.
Click OK.
