Install Bot Transcription Connector
This procedure explains how to install and configure Bot Transcription Connector from Genesys Cloud’s Integrations page. Installation adds the app to your organization’s Genesys Cloud Integrations page. Then, configure and activate it.
Install Bot Transcription Connector from the Integrations page
- Log in to Genesys Cloud for the org in which to add Bot Transcription Connector.
- Click Menu > IT and Integrations > Integrations.
- Click Integrations.
- In the Search box, type Bot Transcription Connector. The card for Bot Transcription Connector appears.
- Click the Bot Transcription Connector card. Information about the app appears.
- Click Install.
Bot Transcription Connector is now available to configure and activate from Genesys Cloud’s Integrations page.
