This step will help you understand Genesys Cloud Fair Use policies as well as how to pull your production usage reports. Whether you are a long-time Genesys customer or new to the Genesys ecosystem, understanding what is considered fair use as well as how to verify your usage will help you identify any incorrect charges or use.
