Enable Collaborate chat message pinning

To ensure that important chat messages get the attention that they need, Collaborate message pinning allows you to pin up to five messages in a chat room. To enable message pinning for your organization, follow these steps:

1. Click Admin.
2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
3. Click the Settings tab.
4. Under Security & Compliance, turn on Enable pinning messages.
   Note: To disable message pinning, turn off Enable pinning messages.
5. Click Save.
