Automated scoring options in evaluation forms

Evaluation forms measure script adherence, compliance with business practices, customer satisfaction, or other business benchmarks. 

When you create an evaluation form, you can configure automated scoring: AI scoring or Evaluation Assistance.

Notes:
  • Supervisor AI features consume Genesys Cloud AI Experience tokens. For more information about token consumption, see Genesys Cloud AI Experience Tokens Metering and Pricing.
  • You can configure a maximum of 20 questions with AI Scoring within one evaluation form.
  • Multiple-choice questions with AI scoring enabled cannot have more than three answer options.
  • You can add up to 10 Evaluation Assistance conditions to each evaluation form question.
  • An agent can have up to 50 evaluations completed with AI scoring per day.
  • There is an ~80K prompt character limit. The limit considers the conversation transcription and the evaluation form (question group name, questions, answers, help text, and so on).
