Free trial tutorial: Create a bot flow

The steps in this tutorial only apply to users who are on the GCXNow free trial.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to create a bot flow that can process a couple of banking-related questions.

On the top navigation pane, click Admin.
Under Architect, click Architect.
Click Menu > Orchestration > Architect.
From the Architect home page, click or hover over the Flows menu and select Bot Flow.
Click Add. The Create Bot Flow dialog box opens.
In the Name field, enter the name for your banking bot. For example, Bank Bot.
In the Template list, ensure that the Bank Bot template is selected.
Click Create Flow. The flow’s configuration page opens.
Click Save.
Click Publish.
