In this tutorial, you will learn how to take your first call on your GCXNow trial organization.

On the top navigation pane, click Admin.
Under Genesys Cloud voice, click Number Management and make a note of the number that you purchased.
Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Telephony > Number Management, and make a note of the number you purchased.
To receive calls, you must be on queue. On the rightmost corner of the top navigation pane, turn on the Off Queue toggle. Notice that the toggle and your profile icon are highlighted in blue, which indicates that you are on queue.
Use your cell phone to dial the number.
In your GCXNow trial organization, answer the incoming call.
To end the ongoing call, click End Call.
To complete the interaction, click Done.
