View faxes as an administrator
As an administrator, you cannot see faxed content. However, you can confirm that a call was a fax.
To see that a call was a fax, do the following:
- Go to Performance > Workspace > Interactions.
- From the Menu, click Analytics > Analytics Workspace > Interactions.
- Select the call interaction that is associated with the fax.
- Select the Timeline tab.
