View agents in a planning group

You can view information about agents that are associated with a planning group, including queues, languages, and skill sets.

To view agents in a planning group, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Workforce Management, click Planning Groups.
  3. Click Menu > Workforce Management > Workforce Management Configuration > Planning Groups.
  4. From the Business Unit list, located in the upper right corner, select the business unit.
  5. Select an existing planning group
  6. Click the Agents tab. A list of associated agents appears.
