Delete a call analysis response

Administrators can delete a call analysis response if it is not assigned to a campaign.

To delete a call analysis response:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Outbound, click Call Analysis Responses.
  3. Click Menu > Channels > Outbound > Call Analysis Responses.
  4. In the first column, select the checkbox in the row for each call analysis response to delete.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. When prompted to confirm the delete operation, click Yes. The system deletes the selected items or displays a message.
