Authorize an OAuth client
AI-generated summary
Genesys Cloud provides capabilities to authorize OAuth clients. Administrators can authorize known or unknown client IDs. Known client IDs can be authorized by entering the ID and approving requested scopes. Unknown IDs are authorized by logging in with an admin account when prompted by the external application, then approving requested scopes. Built-in clients like Android Collaborate are enabled by default. Admins can authorize built-in clients by entering the ID, defining access scopes, and adding roles that require access. Access can be revoked to disable clients. Specific features include approving scopes, authorizing client IDs, and managing access for built-in clients.
