Note: This article applies to Genesys Cloud for Salesforce and CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce integrations.

Campaign Management enables you to create, manage, and view Genesys Cloud campaigns in Salesforce. To set up the campaign management component, configure the global settings.

  1. Access the campaign management settings.
    1. On the Setup Home page in Salesforce, click the App Launcher icon.
    2. Search for Campaign Management in the Search apps and items box and open the app.
    3. In the navigation menu, select Global Campaign Settings.

  4. (Optional) Configure Genesys Cloud contact list sync job.
  5. (Optional) Configure phone types.
  6. (Optional) Configure contact list columns.
  7. (Optional) Configure the agent-owned column.
  8. (Optional) Configure zip code column.
