Use data actions for integrations

Note: This article applies to the AWS Lambda, Function, Genesys Cloud, Google, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, web services, and Zendesk data actions integrations.

After an action is published for your Salesforce data actions integration, you can use this action throughout Genesys Cloud. (You can see the static and custom actions for the integration on the Actions page. For more information, see Manage actions.)
