Note an External Contact’s survey opt-out preference

To note an External Contact’s opt-out preference during an interaction with a verified External Contact, use these steps:

1. On the Profile panel, in the Details tab, click Edit contact .
2. Scroll down and set the Permission to send surveys toggle to No.

To note an External Contact’s opt-out preference outside an active interaction, use these steps:

1. Edit the contact record.
2. In the Surveys section, set the Permission to send surveys toggle to No.
