Abort Survey action

Use this action to determine if the contact can opt out of surveys and if so, ends the conversation even if the policy matches the contact.

From a new or existing survey invite flow, open a task or state. From the toolbox, expand the Survey Invites category and drag a Complete Survey action into the task editor.

Action	Description
Name	Type a name for the action. The label you enter here becomes the action’s name displayed in the task or state sequence.
Disposition	Select the disposition of the call. Error indicates that the system encountered a problem; for example, while attempting to retrieve an external contact. OptOut indicates that the external contact chose not to participate in web surveys.
