Genesys Telecom US, Inc. (“Genesys Telecom”) provides your Genesys Cloud Voice services. Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. (“Genesys Cloud Services”) provides your other Genesys Cloud services. Accordingly, you will see the following on your invoice:

Charges for both Genesys Cloud Services and Genesys Telecom services
Descriptions of the federal, state, and local taxes, fees and surcharges imposed on Genesys Cloud Services services that Genesys Cloud Services is required to collect and remit
Descriptions of the federal, state, and local taxes, fees and surcharges imposed on Genesys Telecom services, including FCC and other regulatory fees and surcharges, that Genesys Telecom is required to collect and remit
