Reactivate a secondary status

You can reactivate a secondary status when you are ready for agents to use it again.

Note: You can have up to 30 active secondary statuses for each primary status. Deactivated statuses are not included in this number.
  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
  3. Click Menu > Account > Organization.
  4. Click Status Management.
  5. Click Show to unhide the deactivated statuses.
  6. Next to the status that you want to reactivate, click the reactivate button.
  7. Click Save.
