Deactivate a secondary status

To prevent agents from using a secondary status, deactivate it. You can reactivate the status later if necessary.

Note: You can have up to 30 active secondary statuses for each primary status. Deactivated statuses are not included in this number.
  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
  3. Click Menu > Account > Organization.
  4. Click Status Management.
  5. Select the primary status.
  6. Click the delete button.
  7. Click Save.
