Activate a Salesforce External Contact Sync integration

Genesys Cloud can sync external contacts from Salesforce. To activate this integration, in Genesys Cloud Admin go to Integrations. Find the Salesforce External Contact Sync integration and slide the Status to Active. This will enable triggered syncs to occur, pulling external contact data from Salesforce into Genesys Cloud.
